They design and manufacture multimodal fluorescence microscopy systems for live cell, intravital, and cleared-specimen applications.
It offers the latest methods and techniques ranging from super-resolution spinning disk confocal to a spatial light modulator (SLM)-based holographic photomanipulation to multiphoton imaging to light sheet.
3i’s Challenge
Salesforce came to us with a challenge, a customer who had already been burned by their last consulting company and was threatening to stop using CPQ altogether. They needed some basic functionality and edits to their templates and much more complex functionality.
The Solution – Turning Around a Red Account and Uncovering Solutions Together
They spent a year and a half with a platinum partner and multiple consultants and ended up with unscalable custom development. They were ready to abandon Salesforce CPQ. We ensured they were staffed with the same team for over a year.
The Results
We got them back to best practices and focused on adopting CPQ across their team. At the end of our project, 3i was comfortable with their system and was utilizing it above and beyond what they initially imagined.
