About 3i
Established in 1995 by a group of cell biologists, neuroscientists, and computer scientists to provide advanced multi-dimensional microscopy systems for the biological research community, 3i designs and manufactures multimodal fluorescence microscopy systems for live cell, intravital, and cleared-specimen applications. 3i offers the latest methods and techniques ranging from super-resolution spinning disk confocal to spatial light modulator (SLM)-based holographic photomanipulation to multiphoton imaging to lightsheet.
3i’s Challenge
Salesforce came to us with a challenge, a customer who had already been burned by their last consulting company and was threatening to stop using CPQ altogether. 3i needed some basic functionality, edits to their templates, and they also needed some much more complex functionality.
The Solution – Turning Around a Red Account and Uncovering Solutions Together
They spent a year and a half with a platinum partner, multiple consultants, and ended up with unscalable custom development. They were ready to abandon CPQ. We ensured they were staffed with the same team for over a year.
The Results
We got them back to best practices, and focused on the adoption of CPQ across their team. At the end of our project, 3i was comfortable with their system and were utilizing CPQ above & beyond what they originally imagined.
